Hey, Dud, It'sa Chef'n, or 'Adam Gets His Wish'.
Though this is not one of the most used spatulas in my collection, it is one of my favorites. It has a hardened steel core which gives it a very nice balanced feel in your hand, like a high-quality firearm or knife. The double-ended nature makes it useful in a lot of places. And it is available in seven colors, no less, ensuring that at least one in the collection always will be a perfect fit in one of the Spatula Museum exhibits.
