Today is Wednesday, the day before Thanksgiving, and due to several turns of events I'm doing most of the cooking this year.
Here is the first task of the day: Using my Spyderco sharpener to put a nice utility edge on my chef's knife.
As I write this, I've also just finished mixing the dough for the pie crusts and it is resting in the fridge.
Dave, how do you like that system, and can it be adjusted to 16 degrees? I've been thinking about something like that baby!

good luck doing the cooking this year! :)
I made my pecan pie this morning, along with the cranberry sauce.
I think I'll do the stuffing tonight along with some homemade chex mix and puppy chow mix and call it a night. :)

Curt:
I like the Spyderco pretty well. It's idiot-proof. It has two settings: 40 degrees (20 per side) and 30 degrees (15 per side).
